I am very excited to be part of the Exit Strategy Realty team as a Broker Associate who holds a Managing Broker’s License. Originally from Indianapolis,IN in 1989 I moved to the Hyde Park neighborhood in Chicago to attend the University of Chicago as an undergraduate and never left. I will be celebrating my eleventh anniversary as a real estate agent in September 2014 after having previously been a residential real estate escrow closer for First American Title Insurance Company for 18 months.
I have worked in a variety of Chicago's great neighborhoods. Representing sellers I’ve worked primarily in Bronzeville/Grand Boulevard, Hyde Park, Kenwood, South Shore, Washington Park, and Woodlawn. Representing buyers I have worked primarily in the same neighborhoods above as well as Bucktown, Edgewater, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, North Center, Rogers Park, South Loop, West Town ad Wicker Park.
I especially enjoy working with buyers who are relocating to Chicago from other locales or moving within or between neighborhoods in Chicago (many of which are as different as night and day). I have worked with buyers from New Jersey, California, Georgia, Indiana, Texas, Germany and Thailand in the past few years.
I am a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
I won Sales Awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2006 and 2007 representing area Realtors in the top 5% of sales volume in the Chicagoland area including the top dollar volume of sales in South Shore in 2007 (with acknowledgment to both Wayne Beals and Derek Stephenson for their work on shared projects in South Shore).
Providing a singular level of service to buyers and sellers is the focus of my business.
